Since signing up to now tv I don't feel getting any benefits from this I'm paying my bills but my phoneline not working even tho they already had engineer out I don't get it my WiFi very slow feel like made mistake leaving another company as I never had these issues with them anyone got any ideas also I being charged 56 why is that I signed up for cheaper broadband seems going as high as last one and I don't have no passes or nothing

Where the Community is mainly used by customers helping other customers out (where possible) but i doubt another customer on here can help with regards to your Broadband & Phone problems that you mention, where you need the input and assistance of the NowTV Technical Team.
