No signal

When I turn tv on it says 'check signal cable'

I've checked all the wires and nothing is loose, my internet connection is fine and all my other devices are fine.

I turned it on and off at plug and got the now tv menu but with no wifi connection and so turned on and off again and now it says 'check signal cable' again....

Any ideas???

Without any further info, it sounds like your TV could be faulty, however you said you've checked your wires but have you exchanged the HDMI cable for a new one, because that too could have developed a fault.

 

BTW, what's your TV's make, model and how old is it?
