hi,i am new to now tv and am having problems.i have set up an account on line and can sign in no problem on my pc but when i try to sign in with the same details on my now tv i get a red banner at the top saying sorry we do not recognise your user name or password.i have reset the box for a fresh install and it signs in to the internet with no problem but as soon as it gets to the account sign in the same thing happens,hope someone has an answer,regards
