Intermittent Screeching Audio

Dear Now TV,

 

Please can you look into this ongoing issue?  Looks like the intermittent chirping/screeching issues with the audio have been ongoing since March of this year.  I have just returned to Now TV using the black roku box and the issues are still here.

 

Wireless 5Ghz channel 36 - optimum setting for WIFI.

 

On average this happens 2-3 times per film, it does not appear to happen on the kids channels though.

 

Please help.

Four seems to be the magic number for screeches on last nights TWD..... I watched catch-up and you both watched live and I bet your four screeches would probably match the time codes I gave in my previous post??

 

It's not good that they happen, but would confirmation of happening live and catch-up at the same time help them pinpoint the issue???

Just for info, this has only just started happening for me in the past few days, now several screaches per night.
