I have a NOWtv box & also with NOW broadband. Of the past few weeks I’ve been getting a lot of glitchy on screen with a white bar across the screen & a snowy effect. I have reset, turned on & off, unplugged everything & had the line checked & everything there seems to be fine. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? TV works fine but just goes like when watching NOW.

It could very be an issue with the rebranding to NOW that’s at fault when watching NOW content. 

When you say reset, have you reset the box back to factory settings? As in starting from scratch with the box.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Faulty HDMI cable.

Bad contacts between devices.

Interference from another device (even from a neighbouring house).


Try a different HDMI cable.

Try moving your box away from other devices and ensure cables aren't crossed or wound up.
