I bought a Sky Cinema Month Pass for the free box offer advertised to Now TV customers on Oct 11th, but never received a follow up email detailing where I could enter my delivery details and to receive thr free box. I tried using the Order Reference for the cinema pass against purchasing a Now TV box, but I got charged the full £14.99 . Worse, when I contacted Now TV on Twitter, they sent me to this page http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-contact-us, which instructions of how to get to the Live Chat function so I could be helped. Unfortunately, no matter what subject I search for in the Help section, I never get the green Contact Us button. I find it deeply frustrating when companies like Now TV make it so difficult to get help on account matters, especially after being a loyal customer for nearly 2 years.
