Wondering if anyone can help me - have given my details to my father to watch on his device, but every time he try to click on programme it asks him to pay for a pass......the pass has already been paid for and I am only using 3 devices. Any suggestions on why this may be the case and how to overcome it ? Thanks

He’s not entering your account details correctly?
You have an Entertainment Pass and he is trying to watch a movie?
Oh, and set a Payment PIN, double quick, before he buys that pass, possibly on your account.
