Account/Continue Watching faulty on box.

Noticed earlier on black box Continue Watching wasn't showing the correct progress or moving to new episodes when asked. So I signed out & in on box to find four passes showing as active instead of one, entertainment. Account passes via tablet showing correctly. And show progress still isn't working. THEN pass on black box is now showing correctly but Continue Watching & Watchlist are blank, all my content is gone. Searching finds the shows with orange progress bars so something is up with account. Tried watching a totally new show, it didn't appear in Continue Watching.
