Are the batteries died or not made it?
Have you turned everything off and tried again?
If so you might actually need another remote. Annoying but we'll have to get this sorted so if all above has failed, I have sent you a private message so we can check over your account and resolve this for you.

For anyone stuck without a working remote there is a remote control app for Android & iOS products available for free which works pretty well as a temporary measure.

Just plugged in my NOWTV box. The remote is not working. Tried new batteries but am unable to navigate the set up menus. Please send me a new one.
