now tv box not working, no red light or green light, tried reset button, again not working,

My Now TV BOX is not working, no lights, tried the reset button, unplugged everything then reconnected and still not working, i just purchased a week pass, but unable to watch NOW please can you help.

Just to confirm... Did you buy a 'white' NOW TV box or a 'black' one?
