error code 014

hi, ive tried everything i can think of but cant connect. keep getting error 014 . sorry for grammer on smart tv browser.

Worked for me also, how stupid is that. And how many have been returned. I was just about to get a refund myself

I just tried disableing ping and it worked for me on a new virgin super hub

Many thanks flibblesan - I switched to a Super Hub 2 this morning and my NowTV wouldn't connect. Thankfuly found this thread and your solution within minutes.

hi there it does work trying this out it took me a few times /once the first green tick shows then quickly type in the above while its still scanning then bingo
