cannot get now tv box working

Hi  Recently moved house and can't get box working.

 

Please help

Coming up wth error code 003 software update failed when all network connections are ok

Thanks for your post

 

Please check that your broadband router is set to a channel less than 11.

 

Once you have done that please reset your NOW TV box at the back using a pin or paperclip (holding for at least 10 seconds) once you have done this please update the box to the latest version via the settings:

 

From the Now TV home screen, select the “Settings” icon.

Select the “Player Info” icon within “Settings.”

Select “Check for Update.”

Select “Yes” on the confirmation dialogue box to confirm that you want to update your player.

It is likely that the Now TV Box will state it has the most up to date software already installed. When it does, please immediately try updating again and it will begin the update process.

Once you see a dialogue box indicating your player has been updated, select “OK” to restart your Now TV Box and finish the update.

 

Turn off and unplug box and router then after 60 seconds plug them back in.

 

Wait five minutes and try again.

 

After this you may need to complete the following sequence, by pressing the buttons on your NOW TV box remote control in quick succession:

 

1.Home (x5)

2.Fast Forward

3.Play

4.Rewind

5.Play

6.Fast Forward

 

If the above is done correctly, you’ll see a new screen pop up called ‘Platform Secret Screen’ which will display two green bars and four further options. Please select ‘Disable Network Pings’ from the list of available options.

Once you have done this, simply click back on your remote control until you reach the connection setup page, and attempt to connect to your network.
