box won't come on

I have tried numerous times to get the box to come on including the rest button for 15 seconds but still no power. Can you help?

Sorry to hear that this is happening. 

 

Can you make sure your cables are all securely in place and double check the TV input (set to HDMI).

 

If possible, please try a different powersocket. If you still get the same issue, we may need to get your Box replaced (depends whether it's in warranty or not).
