White box not working

Hi I'm having a problem with white now tv box. My internet seemed to be down last night (sky) and when I woke up my white box will not let me get past loading stage of watching now tv content or catch up just buffers then says I'm not connected. Tried resetting the box it did not work, reset my router. All other devices are working fine including black now tv box I have also. Tried reconnecting the internet on my network each time 3 green ticks appear saying all is fine so I am beyond confused why it won't let me watch the content. Please get back to me as soon as possible thanks max

@Anonymous User when you reset hold in the pin for 30 seconds until it says let's get started then try logging in and adding WiFi details.
