My new box is stuck on the making connection window. It shows green ticks for your wireless network, your local network and the internet, but freezes and doesn't go to the next step.
I've tried guest WiFi, disabling ping, multiple resets. I'm now at a loss as to what to do next.
The WiFi is virgin superhub 3. My last nowtv box worked fine after disabling ping so I've no got a clue why this new box refuses to progress past this window.
