Few days after the "fix" and still getting an error, meaning I can't activate my box.
Screen I'm on: Login Screen - password
What I'm trying to do: Activate the box
Error messages that appear: Sorry an unknown error occurred. Please reenter your username and password
Followed all instructions on this page, still no help

Can you please let me know if you receive any error message?
Are you able to change the wireless channel of your NOW TV Box?

I would just like to thank @Anonymous User and the Now TV team for resolving this for me. New box on the way, hope Im not on here again this time next week.

This is beyond a joke now. Almost a month and still not a working box, neither black nor white.
Is there any where I can formally complain?
It seems this is not going to be fixed.

I do apologise immensely for the time it has taken for this to be resolved for you. Have you been able to watch on other devices? Do you get the unknown error message? Finally have you tried to activate the box in another household?

I am able to watch on other devices such as my ps4.
I get the unknown error message.
And I have not tried in another houce hold

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
Can you please let us know if you have tried resetting your router?
Are you connecting via Wireless or with Ethernet cable?
If you are connecting over wireless can you please try changing the wireless channel of your router?
If you have tried all of the above, can you please let us know the serial number of your NOW TV Box?

Yes, I've tried resetting the router. Ive connected by wireless and by ethernet. Changing from 2.4 to 5 ghz does nothing and my serial number is: 32556C066835

So, I asked about a complaints procedure? Still no working box in over a month.
(If this is an account issue why can't I just have another account?)
