Sky store

I brought the film onward but it’s not in my library and says it’s released in May 2020. What can I do about this as the dvd of the film is in the shops already

When you go to the Sky Store online and log in with your account does it show in your orders section ?

 

I am guessing you ordered the Buy & Keep version on this movie rather than a Rental ?

 

If it was a Rental, then i think (might be wrong) you have 30 days to watch and if you started the movie you have 48 hours until it will be gone.

 

If everything looks in order have you tried to logout and sign back into your playback devices to see if the movie then shows up in your library section.
