Welcome to the forum. Usually when you're asked for your payment details it's because you're signing in with a username that hasn't been properly set up yet. If I was you I'd go to your original NOW TV box, open up the NOW TV app and go to the My Account screen and check the username you are signed in with, then make sure this is the username you are using to sign into the app on your EE box.
