Hello,
My now box has no power, ive unplugged it, done a reset, unplugged my broadband and still nothing. This has been down sometime now so please can you advise what the next step is/ if you'll replace the box?

Hi Gail
I would strongly suggest that if your white Now TV box is still within it's guarantee period then you should exchange it.
However, if it has past it's guarantee period then you should buy the new black Now TV box
but read this post first.
