I've recently received a message on my daughters screen saying that the nowtv device will soon stop working, will nowtv provide an updated box or stick?

My recommendation is to purchase a Roku stick as you’ll be able to get extra apps such as Amazon

@Anonymous User As a good-will gesture, Now TV have tried to contact all affected users to offer them either a free stick (if the white box is their only device) or a half price stick or voucher (if they have other devices).
Your daughter should check her spam folder to see if the email is there. Sadly, a number of people have slipped through the net as they no longer use the email address that was used to set up their account.
If your daughter didn’t get the email offer, she could try popping onto live chat and see if they can help. Given the current pandemic situation, there may be s long wait.
