EE TV

I've suddenly been signed out of my now TV account on my EE TV, and for some reason it isn't letting me log back in, was wondering if you could resolve this problem for me ASAP as it's the main device we watch it on.

Do you receive any error messages when trying to sign in? Are you sure your password is correct?

It's saying I've made my one month's permemnant change although I haven't
altered my account in anyway?

Are you sure someone else, like a member of your family, have signed in on your account? Check your devices in my account to see.

I've done that and I only have my TV in my bedroom registered and my dad
wanted to sign in on the TV in our living room, which is an EE TV and it
wouldn't let him do so.

Umm that does seem a little odd.
