@Anonymous User can I just check you did not set up a new account to post this? If so make sure you have not set up any free trials. Once you have your user name and password, if this is a duplicate account then pop on to chat have your payment details removed and ensure any passes are fully cancelled. Last thing we want is you getting charged twic due to setting up this.
