Sorry to hear this.
Apart from checking that the fuse in your NOW TV Box hasn't blown and that your electricity socket is working there isn't much we can suggest for the problem you have posted about.
If your box is within warranty and was purchased from a retailer you could return your box for a replacement. If the box was bought from us directly and within warranty then let us know.
If the box is out of warranty we would be unable to replace this for you, However there are some good deals out there at the moment where you can get a NOW TV Box + a few months of viewing.
As an example Amazon have a deal for £13.99 for a new NOW TV Box + 3 Months Entertainment, That's cheaper than what you would pay for your Entertainment Pass normally. Argos also have a similar deal for £14.99.
