Been charged for a service ive never had.

I have been getting charged monthly for a now TV movies package for 3 month and I have been unaware of this. I never signed up or agreed to this as I already have movies, I bought a one off sports package and that was it. I would like a refund and an explanation of why.

 I have been charged £9.99 for a subscription that I haven't signed up to, why is that. When I log into my account to cancel the pass or check my orders it says I've ordered nothing and have no passes, please explain

@Anonymous User Do you have a different account that has an active pass that you have forgotten about? 

This is usually the reason why.
