iPhone now tv app

Can’t get anything to stream on my phone as it comes up with the message can’t connect to the server … now tv stick on the same account works fine but not the app on my phone ??? 

have deleted the app and reinstalled it about ten times now and still no luck 

what am I doing wrong ?

Have a look at this thread. Seems to be resolved by adjusting the private relay settings.
