iPad app not plying live sport ios15

Hi

my iPad with ios15.4 update is not playing live sports. It times out have deleted and restated app as well as log out and back in

Any particular programme/channel? I have just briefly checked mine and it seems to be working fine.

Is it the monthly mobile membership at £9.99 or the standard monthly membership?

The reason I ask if it’s the mobile membership you won’t be able to watch any sports at all using the mobile membership on an iPad.

I can add to that, iPad Pro, all live channels work but when I go to watch Billions on demand I just get the play button which if pressed does nothing and the screen remains blank.

It was fine before iOS 15.4, so don’t know if related.

All my other apps are working fine.

When you say it times out, do you mean the NOW Content doesn't play at all ?

What about Sports on Demand ?

Have you got any other NOW Memberships to test the iPad NOW App on ?

If nothing plays, then what happens if you go into the iPad settings and switch off Private Relay ?

I have just checked and it seems to be anything on demand.  Sport or entertainment live channels. 

anything down loadable works. 

it just seems to spin it’s an Air 2

To ask a daft question, do you have a day or full month membership and you aren't trying to use a mobile membership?
