Sports Day membership

Hi All, 

I purchased a sports day membership last Thursday 12/5/22 to watch a match on Tv and part of the deal was that I would get the sports channels on mobile device for the next 3 months. Currently I can only watch Sky sports news on mobile which is strange ? I know it says it will activate within 10days but why would SSN be activated but not the other channels? Shame as I was hoping to watch the final week of PL matches.

Do you have any other active memberships such as entertainment or cinema?

As I know I can watch Sky Sports News and I don't have any sports memberships, but I have both entertainment and cinema memberships.

Yep, used it last thursday 12/5

As per my post up thread. Looks like you don't need an active membership to watch Sky Sports News. Just an account.

Also you need to be aware that with the mobile membership you won't get all 11 channels, only 5.

As others have said, it’s because sky sports news is a freeview channel.

I used my sports day on the 8th and still waiting for my 3 month mobile pass.

Was hopeful I’d get it early as there’s another game I wanna watch, but that’s kinda the point, I guess.
