Having an issue viewing content. Was watching something via the app on my iPhone X via 4G. Show just stopped after about 30 mins. Try to restart it and screen goes black with the title, play bar and standard icons, but no time. Happens with all shows. Content shows as partially watched on Home Screen, but will not play. Reset app. Signed out, signed in again. Deleted app and reinstalled. No error codes and no help from the main website, hence hoping someone can help via this forum.
