Not receiving my Sports Mobile membership email

I bought a Sports day membership on April 4th and still haven't received the associated offer regarding my  6 months Sports Mobile membership that  I was supposed to receive in 10 working Days. Chat Team are repeatedly saying that the team are urgently looking into it but I haven't had any emails acknowledged by Customer Service which doesn't fill me with confidence. The Twitter team are been responsive and helpful but say they cant activate it themselves.  I've checked my Spam folder. Any ideas? thanks!

Not much I can think of as you’ve went down the live chat and even social media route.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
