My now tv cinema pass won’t load on a new device. Logging in with the same details l, same account and it says I need to buy a new pass to be able to start watching? How can I get my current passes to sync to the new device? Help?
Sometimes, signing out of the NowTV App on your mobile device, then delete the App, then re install the App from your mobile Apps Store, then power down your mobile device, then power back up your playback device and sign back into the App with the NowTV account with your Cinema pass on it works.
