Mobile app not in region

Trying to use the mobile app, downloaded it and when I went to sign in it says it does not support my region. Located and live in the uk, able to sign in and stream my laptop no problem dont know why there is an issue with my phone. Anyone know why this might be.

I am guessing iPhone is setup for and purchased in the UK ?

 

Are you using a VPN on the phone ?

 

Have you tried a fresh download of the NOW App from your phone Apps Store.

 

Maybe before signing back into the new NOW App you have download from the phone Apps Store that you temporary power down the phone for a minute.
