Anyone know why it won't let me buy kids package for lg TV

Welcome to the forum.

Have you tried buying it on the NOW TV website by going to your My Account > My Passes page

Once you've bought it you should then be able to watch on your LG TV (if you have more than one NOW TV account make sure you log into the website with the same username you use on your LG TV).

To follow on from what @Andy has said. It should be a quite straight forward process adding the 'Kids' service to your current services when logged-in via your LG television. Indeed, if you've you've not had the 'Kids' service before you should be eligible for a 'free trial' period 😉

The only packages that are showing are sport,movies and entertainment.no kids packages

What is the model number of your LG Smart TV ?

Are you trying to buy the Kids pass direct from your LG TV (if so you might have to update the nowtv app on your LG TV).

Or are you trying to start a 14 day free trial or buying a kids pass by going to the nowtv website with your internet browser, and clicking on My Account > My Passes where you should see an option for kids pass ? 

When you go into the NowTV app on your TV can you see the kids pass content section ?

Also are you a NowTV Combo Customer, if so i believe you need to contact nowtv to arrange for any additional passes to be added to your Combo Package.
