I cant watch nowtv on my LG smart tv

Hi all

I have the NowTV built in app on my LG smart TV, but when I try to access it I get the message "No Silverlight Support" and underneath it says"sorry, your browser does not support Microsoft Silverlight"

 Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about technology and computers, and i haven't a clue what this means!

can anyone help?

What's your LG televisions model number?

 

I ask because from what you've written it sounds like you're trying to access NOW TV via your televisions web browser and not via the actual NOW TV app!

Hi..

The model number is 49UF680V

When I click on the my apps on the remote, the NowTV app is there amongst others.

So to confirm, you're accessing and selecting the 'NOW TV' app. And then you see the 'silverlight browser' notice?
