A couple of people have mentioned this recently.
My Netflix App has been working fine for me on both my NowTV smart boxes.
If it was me i would try steps 1 & 6 on this linked help guide.

Should it be still happening, then see if removing the Netflix App by going to My Apps and re add the Netflix App again by going to Apps Store.
If still no luck the only other thing that i could think off is a full factory reset (see step 2 of the above linked help guide).
