why is it impossible to cancel a sports pass !!!?? ive been trying to get hold of somebody on chat for over an hour ! i can cancel a pass online except a sports pass, and im getting nowhere to do this
I agree with you , the service is appauling!!!!!!! I have tried and tried to find out how I get a refund on my sports pass and the NOWTV STICK I purchased and I am getting nowhere. Thier Chat Line is hopeless and does not cover refunds!!!!!!
Ive just been told (after being transferred 3 times and 45 minutes !) that day passes cant be refunded !! I only got it to watch a sky sports game that it then turned out wasn't actually included in the sports passes NOW TV had charged me for !
ive already told 3 friends who were going to buy NOW TV and they have gone elsewhere !! This level of customer service is shocking !!!! But whats worse is that NOW TV dont really care !!
