Sky sports pass suspension

I am on a 12 month contract with my Sky Sports Pass. Could you please respond to the question? Will sky sports be suspended until there is sports to watch? We are paying for a service we are not receiving.

I have tried “live chat” and if it worked, it would be great. However, all I seem to get is computerised questions and answers which lead me no where!

Hi guys just got off live chat , same as a few 10 month sports pass runs out 25th june . Told the guy I had a legal contract with NowTV and they weren't keeping up there end of the contract.  He gave me a Free months extension to use until Sept 2025 . Good luck boys .

You’re best to drop them a email/message. They got back to me in a couple of days.

Use the link in @Anonymous User  message, it takes you to the real Live Chat and not those ridiculous pre answers.  I did get straight back to you but, it did not get through.

I only subscribe for the sport, which due to the current restrictions is non existent. Am I best cancelling, then taking a new subscription when it returns? What are my options?

I am on a special rate offer that runs to December, and I contacted live chat, and also was given a free months pass to apply at the end of my offer so will hopefully cover me if the GP season runs over.

I've tried to find the live chat option but everything seems to be down atm the only thing I see available is this "nowbot" which is useless

I have just spoken to someone regarding my 10 month subscription to Sky Sports and they have returned £19.99 for a month, if this crisis continues they will repeat next month, it is worth getting in touch.
