I've had this pass for a few weeks. I've reached out on Twitter and Facebook and had zero response. This pass is active on my account but I cannot use it. Any suggestions on what the issue is? Its only being used in the one device. Very frustrating.
I am assuming that one device is a smartphone and not a tablet where casting from your phone will also not work.
Also i am assuming you are using the NowTV App on your phone watching the 5 number allowed Sports Channels which are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing or News and not attempting to watch via the NowTV website with your internet browser ?
