Has anyone else’s sky sports channels started playing up like flickering between very low resolution and high res, it’s only recently started doing it but it does it on the app on my Samsung tv and and my Xbox, very frustrating

There has been well known issues across the forum regarding sports streams on almost all devices.

Do you happen to have Boost? 
What channels are you watching?

Have you tried to unplug both TV and router for a few minutes?

Yes!

   I have had the same problem over the past few weeks and especially tonight during the Spurs v. Villa game through my tv via the app. Turned off all other devices using internet and still flicks low res far too often. Solutions please @nowtv

Same issue for last few weeks!  Regular bluring of screen. Not good enough.

Wonder if it happens for SKY subscribers, or just us BT etc payers?!?

You won’t get a response from NOW staff on this forum because it’s for customers and you’ll generally get replies from likewise customers.

Best option is to send emails or speak directly to NOW and explain you’ve done the typical troubleshooting.
