Sky Sports

As part of my mobile phone contract I get  Now TV. This includes a Sky Sports pass for 12 months. However I can't watch Sky Sports!! My account says I have the pass included but it won't let me watch. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

There are 2 distinctiveSports passes with Now TV, mobile and Day/Month. With your mobile provider did they state which type of "pass" it was that you were supplied for sports?

 

With the mobile pass, you only get to use the app on Mobile phones, whereas tablets and all other devices you need a Day/Month pass.

The Sky Sports Day and Month Passes give you access to all 11 Sky Sports channels for the period covered by your Pass

 

With a Sky Sports Mobile Month Pass you just get access to 5 channels: Sky Sports Premier League, Sky Sports NFL, Sky Sports Arena, Sky Sports Racing and Sky Sports News.
