Hi all
I have been receiving a poor quality picture for a couple of weeks, to the point where the players are a blur and the picture stalls every 30 seconds. I have checked if there is an issue with the service but I read that all is fine. This has never happened anywhere near to this extent before. Does anyone have any ideas or is it best to cancel the subscription?
