Pass for Sky Sports not working

I've just paid £9.98 to get a day pass for Sky Sports so my son can watch the Manchester Derby, but it's not working......totally stumped

it's the Amazon firestick, Now TV day pass

As a suggestion try logging out the app and log back in? 

Or if you can start “watching on your phone” this normally activates the pass too, so then you should be able watch on the Amazon fire stick
