Hi I just buy sports pack for 3 months and all I can watch is a skysport news is it normal?it's telling me I need a pass

A couple of questions. 

It wasn't a one day pass with the 3 months free mobile pass included?

Where if you have used the one day pass already the 3 months mobile pass can take 10 working days to be automatically applied to your account according to the T&Cs of the offer.

Or are you trying to watch on a NowTV or Roku device and the message is popping up on the television screen and if so try starting the pass (if it's a full blown sports pass) on a tablet, smart phone, PC to see if that triggers the full sports pass on your Nowtv or Roku branded device.

 Hi there it is a day pass with the 3 months free mobile pass. So I understand that's will take up to 10 working days and then I can watch 5 sports channels right? Thank you

Hi @Anonymous User 

Yes once the mobile sports pass has been automatically added to your account you can watch the five permitted Sky Sports channels on the NowTV App using your smartphone only.

The five channels are Premier League, NFL (Action), Arena, Racing (Horses) and News.
