Been trying all week to cancel my Mobile Sports Pass until the Premier League resumes, I think they're deliberately blocking cancellations as there's no sport because of Covid-19. Even a direct email was rejected.
Why no Live Chat? Everyone else with a computer based job is working from home, I'm sure they could in India.
