Free sports pass code not received

Ordered the Joshua Vs Usyk PPv but haven't received my free sports pass code via email, hasn't been added to my account either....HELP!

If so this can take up to 10 days for it to reach your account. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I believe the fight was on the 25th of September 2021, so the 10 day window has surpassed.

 

If there is nothing showing on your online NOW account under Mobile Sports Membership and you have tried the five permitted Sky Sports channels identified on this link below with the NOW App on your smartphone.
