Football buffering problems

I am watching Leeds v West Ham on Now TV and it keeps buffering - it has always worked well previously. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your reply. I was using a Medion S4403 laptop and Now TV has always worked well on it.

This might be an obvious question and you probably have tried it already. 
The old delete and reinstall the player?

Thanks, no I haven't tried that -- good idea! NowTV have suggested doing something like so that will give it a go.

Many thanks @gavs82008 but the live chat doesn't work and I have emailed customer support only for them to blame my internet connection. I have been watching live matches on Amazon in the last few days and we have no connection problems with anything else.

I have given up on NowTV, it is too unreliable, and has taken up too much of my time. I have subscribed to Sky Sports now.

Unfortunately I have followed all the advice and uninstalled and reinstalled the NOWTV player but the picture is the same - fuzzy and it keeps buffering.

Any advice?

I wish NowTV would stream in a simpler way as Amazon do, which seems to work much better.
