F1 on Demand

Hello,

 

I’ve just read on The Express that F1 races are now available on demand following the conclusion of the race. 

Is this 100% confirmed and available as long as you have a Now TV Sports Pass?

@Anonymous User Not necessarily right after the end of the race, but certainly within a few hours or at least the next day. Practice sessions an qualifying are available as well.

If I’m not mistaken it can take up to 72 hours for sport content to become available on demand.

 

@Izzie-T  are you able to confirm for @Anonymous User ?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

At present, I can se these below for Morocco F1 with their on platform date:

Content On platform
Monaco F1 GP: Practice 1 20.05 20/05/2021 11:45
Monaco F1 GP: Practice 2 20.05 20/05/2021 15:30
Monaco F1 GP: Practice 3 22.05 22/05/2021 12:10

However, can I please let you know that this must be found on pathway:

 

Sport > On Demand Genres > F1

 

We are sorry that our search function is having issue on some of the none series or movie content.

So I’ve just been told (Via live chat) NOW tv will not always upload F1 content due to “Sporting rights”.... this was news to be as this might be a tipping point to cancel my subscription. 

It’s a constraint frustration with how slow the on demand service is to upload content, but this feels like a bit of a con. 

@Izzie-T would you be able to confirm? Thanks.

I am not sure which F1 content you are looking for so that I can check the availability for you. 

 

However due to some Search function issue, Most of the on demand sport content can only go through the path of Sport>On Demand Genres>F1 to view

 

or if you would like me to check the specific content for you, please let me know the name and live of that sport content
