Continuous buffering watching England v Belgium

I am paying for HD quality, but getting ND (no definition).  Continuous buffering and "something went wrong". My Internet connection is fine, speeds 50mpbs+.

 

What is going on? Not acceptable.

This is a diabolical sports service - please don't charge customers when your sports service doesn't work! 

It is happening on all now sports channels - what a waste of money.

It should've been resolved by now - poor customer service.

 

Using LG TV app.

ND!! I like that 🙂 Not good tonight, really wanted to watch this England match vs Belgium. A decent opponent to make a match of it and my 4K Roku is giving me roughly 5 secs of action before buffering 😞

also with me watching on a samsung smart tv using the now tv app and also on my small black box,both on a wired connection.

Same for me. Buffering on sport and movies.  Unwatchable.

Just turned over for the darts and same thing happening.

 

Now tv are a joke nowdays.

Same buffering and terrible pixelation as others watching England match.


Strangely no problems with my old Apple TV 3rd gen box (HD without Siri remote) with the app that hasn’t been updated since 2015.  I thought it might be due to boost - 1080p 50fps streams - but sky sports mix and other 25fps also have terrible pixelation and buffering.

 

All the sports channels work fine on the old Apple TV 3rd gen so must be accessing a different stream from the content delivery network (CDN)

All my the live channels on my entertainment/sports channels are not watchable with constant buffering. Select any show on my watch list previously shown and not problem viewing it.

Same on 2 different BT boxes, every other net player under the Sun works fine, NOW Live Sports from Sky is currently a sad joke, gave up trying to watch England-Belgium, used old PC instead. Ridiculous. Needs a month's refund to make good.

horse racing worked then no England and now no NFL.  Always worked through Talk Talk box.  Not impressed perhaps talk talk should get a better deal from Sky and we can ditch these cowboys.  not impressed

Same here. I have now tv app in my tv, xbox, youview box. I also bought recently a now tv stick because I couldn't watch sports with 50fps frame rate on ANY of my devices....

So, I have sports pass, cinema pass & boost. Foitball is not watchable at all on ALL my devices. Bitrate quality keeps dropping to 90!!! The bonus streams are the same. And some cinema channels are affected too.

I had enough with now tv. The most USELESS service EVER!!! They only know how to grab our money.

Have a NowTV Stick and Boost.  Continuous buffering on all sports channels for the last few days

Mine is same through the app on my smart tv Internet speed's  are very good Its doing my head in

Same problem also. Buffering and picture freezing throughout the England game. Now experiencing same issues with the evening games. Really pathetic. Checked my internet connection - 200MB/s with no issues. It is clear from all of the complaints that this is a problem with Now tv. Not the customers fault!

Just had a message pop up on the France v Portugal game (NowTV Stick):

 

"Frequent buffering"

"You are experiencing streaming interruptions"

 

Yeah. No sh*t Sherlock!!

I contacted them via online chat and they know about the issues tonight and said they are working on a fix.

 

They have added credit to my account so its worth chatting to them via online chat.

Suffered continuous bufferIn during first half & advised to switch tv off & also fire stick before restarting. This did not work so switched to now tv box rather than fire stick & second half was problem free!

I agree i have bought sky for my dad on sky tv who is dying from cancer and is confused about what is going on with the blurry picture his mind is not want it used to be and is blaming me for the bad picture and all now tv are saying is reset your device i have done this 3x knowing fine well its not his box its now tv's fault not happy at all i want a refund and a sorry at the very least
