I spoke to live chat yesterday asking if bt sport app was getting launched they said it would get launched today anyone seen it / used it?

Did they state it would be a downloadable app, or part of software update that automatically downloads it?
My parents have a Now TV stick and I know my dad would welcome this addition!

My apologies looks like i was told incorrect info -
The deal is the latest in a series of content partnerships for Sky, with the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, Netflix and Warner Media all entering into new agreements. In 2020, Sky will also start building Sky Studios Elstree, Europe’s leading production Studio resulting in 2000 new jobs and £3bn production investment in UK creative sector expected in first five years.
NOW TV customers will soon be able to enjoy BT Sport on their NOW TV Smart Stick or NOW TV Smart Box with Voice Search, when the BT Sport app launches in the app store later this spring.
(that is from the bottom of an email i just had from sky tv)

So that sounds like the £25/month BT sport on a new device. Already on Chromecast.
Looks like I will be cancelling Virgin Media in August. Happy days.

It as been a joke from the start, I would switch back to BT if they weren't so extortionate, apart from the football and formula 1 on now tv the rest of sports channels aren't worth paying for, who gives a toss about NFL, and stateside horse racing.
I stream bt sports free though its not great quality at least I get to watch it, instead of waiting ages for something that doesn't appear to happen unless you live in Ireland.
I will use it on now tv if it does arrive this century.

Still can't find the bt sport app on the app store on now tv?? Where is it? When will it be available?

The website does say "spring". That's all i have.

When is bt sport going to become active ? Rather have an offer included with now tv as I pay by bt sport direct and it’s £25 a month.
someone said earlier about EE casting to a big screen for £15. Don’t bother it doesn’t work and your getting ripped off big time.

EE actually allow you to login into the official apps on Apple TV for example it's how i use and works flawless
