the wire still having sound problems

this is getting silly now the wire is still not fixed, the sound problems are still the same, its been like this since they added it and now tv ,cant seem to be bothered to fix it even after complaint after complaint, great service

Half way through the first series and it's become unwatchable. The sound is random and it cuts out for minutes at a time. LG smart TV. No problems with anything else, just this series.

i am amazed to find out they knew. It took 35 minutes on the chat helpline to admit it and only then after they tried to blame m,y laptop, my tv, my interenet and it turns out

 

THEY KNEW ALL ALONG !!!!!

 

Rubbish customer service. they ought to remove it until they can provise a quality product. Its unwatchable as you get further in to season 1.
