Waiting for Activation Entertainment pass

Hi,
Yesterday I bought Offer of Sport one day pass along with entertainment monthly pass for £6.98. It is written over there that entertainment pass will activate within 24 hours but it still has been activated. I am still waiting.

I bought a one day sports pass on Sunday 18th June 2017. At the time I saw advertised 1 month of entertainment pass was free along with it. 

 

However after activating my one day sports pass, I found the entertainment pass was not included. Please advise how to activate it. Thank you.
